WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 4-10 business days (M-F) for your order to ship out via USPS or UPS (depending on order size). Orders are processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship. Payment must be received before any item is processed and shipped.
 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes we do! We ship international orders Priority Mail. Please note that import duties, taxes, and other charges required to release your order from customs is not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded by Brand Ave. Due to COVID-19 we currently can't guarantee estimated arrival by USPS.


 
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES FOR U.S CUSTOMERS? 
Rates start at $4.99 depending on order. We currently offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (unless otherwise noted).

 
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email that will contain a tracking number for your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 10 business days, please feel free to reach us directly at contactbrandave@gmail.com
 
CAN YOU GUYS DO CUSTOM ORDERS? 
Yes we can! All custom orders however must be communicated via email before placing an order. Please do not place an order and leave custom notes at checkout. Please keep in mind that all custom orders are FINAL SALE as they cannot be restocked.
 
MY PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?  
First check with any family members or neighbors who may have received your package and are safely holding it for you. After a few days if your package still says delivered and you haven't received it, it could be at your local post office awaiting your pickup. You can also call 1-800-ASK-USPS with your tracking number. They may start a postal investigation to find out what happened. Postal theft is a Federal Crime and the USPS will conduct an investigation. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders under these circumstances. 
 
THE ITEM I BOUGHT IS NOW ON SALE. CAN I BE REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE? 
Since our items are affordably priced, our sales are for a very limited time and usually when the item is first released.  We do not offer price adjustments under any circumstances.  To help you take advantage of sales, we recommend subscribing to our email list as well as follow our social media channels for updates. 
 
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRTS?
 
  • Machine Wash 
  • Cold water
  • No Bleach 

  • Delicate Cycle 

  • Make sure garment is turned inside out. 

  • Hang dry for best results 

  • Iron from reverse side, low settings. 

  • It is best to avoid ironing the image area.
